This painting reflects the desire to step away from what is considered ‘normal’ and to follow my own path instead. From an early age I felt that I wanted to experience life differently: not bound by expectations, but with space to feel, to dream, and to welcome moments of magic. For me, this work is an expression of the courage it takes to stay true to yourself, even if it may seem unusual or hard to understand for others.

Blue has been my favorite color since I was a child, and it keeps finding its way back into my work. I often combine it intuitively with green, maybe because it reminds me of the landscapes of Sardinia, which always calms me and bring back such vivid memories. Driving through the green mountains with the blue sea in the background, windows down, music playing, and time spent with family.
